Structure and Facilities of the Building

Basement: Underground parking with 14 spaces, ensuring maximum safety and accessibility for residents. The space is well-ventilated and illuminated, providing comfort for users.
Ground Floor: Here you will find 2 spacious apartments, each with 2 well-proportioned bedrooms, a modern living room with an open kitchen, perfect for socializing and relaxing, and a fully equipped bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower for added versatility. The common access hall is large and welcoming, reflecting the high standards of construction.
Floors 1-3: Each level contains 3 apartments, with two arranged symmetrically, and the third, although with a different layout, offers the same facilities. The apartments feature 2 bedrooms (one with an integrated dressing room for optimized storage), a bathroom with a shower, a bright living room with an open kitchen, and a balcony where residents can enjoy the fresh air and city views.
Attic: The penthouse is the jewel of the building, offering a generous and exclusive space. With 2 bedrooms (one with a dressing room), an elegant bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a spacious living room, and kitchen, this apartment also includes a large green terrace, ideal for relaxation and private events.
Roof: The technical space and photovoltaic panels are discreetly placed to ensure the building’s energy efficiency and reduce maintenance costs, promoting an eco-friendly lifestyle.
